Airport Transfer Service (Narita / Haneda)Registration is required if you use the Airport Transfer Service!
(We need to know your arrival/departure information, type of your bike and the number of passengers.)
- Limited date only.
- Whether your accommodation is arranged through us or by yourself, transfer service is limited to the four official hotels.:
Official Four Hotels： Rose Hotel Yokohama, Hotel New Grand ,The Gate Hotel Yokohama by HULIC, Citadine Harbour Front Yokohama
※Bikes can be brought into official four hotels, but generally not into other hotels.
※Since there is no porte-cochere at The Gate Hotel Yokohama, getting on and off will be at Hotel New Grand next door.
- This complimentary transfer is provided by the LOC and no sightseeing request etc. is available.
<Arrival Transfer>
- Available date: 10-May to 14-May
- Narita or Haneda Airport to Your accommodation. (Official Hotels only)
<Departure Transfer>
- Available date: 16-May to 18-May
- Your accommodation (Official Hotels only) to Narita or Haneda Airport.
Breakfast
*Breakfast is included in all room rates.
Breakfasts are Buffet type except Hotel New Grand.
(Breakfast of Hotel New Grand is set menu.)
There are no refunds even if you do not eat breakfast. Additionally, there are no changes restaurant hours.
Early check in and late check out*Early check in / late check out is available with extra charge.
If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please make your request at the hotel front desk on the day of your arrival.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on room availability on the day.
Payment is accepted on-site only.
*If you would like to secure an early check-in or late check-out in advance, a room charge equivalent to **one night’s stay** will be required. Please contact the WTCS/WTPS Yokohama JTB Tour Desk by email.
