*In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.
*Refunds will be made after the conference.
*If you would like to revise and/or cancel your reservation, please send your request by email.
  If the request is received outside business hours, the arrangements will be handled on the next business day.

Cancellation Fee
31 or more days prior to the night of stay No charge
From 30 to 21 days before the night of stay 10% of total room rate
From 20 to 11 days before the night of stay 20% of total room rate
From 10 to 2 days before the night of stay 80% of total room rate
From the day before the night of stay or No Show 100% of total room rate
