AP Conference Secretariat has secured approximately 50 single rooms at a rate of around 15,000 to 20,000 JPY per night.
After your participation is confirmed following the abstract review (around early August), you will be able to apply for these secured accommodations.
Please note that each participant is responsible for their own payment.
Accommodation fees can be paid through this system.
However, once the secured rooms are fully booked, participants will need to arrange their own accommodation.
