How to make Registration/Reservation

Click on one of the following buttons to view the appropriate Application Procedures page.
Please review it carefully.

Invoice / Receipt

Please make sure that the pop-up blocker on your device is turned off before you click each button to download the slips.

The button is available only for one time for each slips. "REISSUED" stamp would be printed on the slip for after second time you click the button.

【Invoice】

The invoice (electronic document) can be downloaded on your "My page" by clicking the "Invoice" button in bottom.
Invoice is only available before completing your payment.
Please make sure you issued the invoice if needed.

【Receipt】

In principle, the receipts will be issued after 21st Oct. If you would like a receipt(electronic document) for accommodation or technical visit/sightseeing, please issue it on My Page after 21st Oct.
