Notes

*Advance reservations are required for the cycle train. We cannot accept same-day applications. 
*Please present the printed reservation confirmation email or the screen (screenshot) on your smartphone at the reception on the day.
*Participants are responsible for loading and storing bicycles on the train. 
*Please note that we may ask you to secure your bicycle by using cushioning material and stacking it on top of each other. 
*The event organizer and transportation company will not be held responsible for any damage to bicycles on the train, accidents or damages for which the organizer is not responsible. Please be aware of this before applying 
*There will be no refund of transport fees even if the participant does not use the cycle train on the day .

*Details for the event day will be sent via email around mid-October.
