Currently, foreign nationals/people who are willing to enter Japan need a visa newly issued by Embassies or Consulates or Consular Office of Japan (for Taiwan, Taipei Kaohsiung offices of Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association) (hereinafter referred to as “Japan’s overseas establishments”) in the country/region depending on the purpose of their entry. Based on New Border Measures (27) from March 1, 2022, we will help with preparing documents of the visa application for only those who accepted presentations of PSE2021.
Application for visa is made by the applicant him/herself at the Japanese overseas establishments with jurisdiction over the area in which the applicant resides or those with jurisdiction over the country/region of which the applicant’s passport is issued.
The conditions below are needed for those who participate in PSE2021+
1.Author of accepted papers (or his/her accompanying person)
2.Registering with fully paid status
3.Having valid passport
4.Detailed itinerary should be submitted
*The number of days you can stay before and after the symposium is basically 2 days, and up to 1 week if there are unavoidable circumstances such as the effect of reduced flights.
