How to make Registration/Reservation

Click on one of the following buttons to view the appropriate Application Procedures page.
Please review it carefully.

Register for Flights and Apply Tour / Shuttle bus
10:00am on April 8th, 2026 to 11:59pm on June 25th, 2026
Hotel Reservation
10:00am on April 8th, 2026 to 11:59pm on June 25th, 2026

Should you be unable to utilize the scheduled shuttle bus service, a private hire car option is available for your convenience.
To apply, kindly complete the application form with the required details and submit it.
The submission deadline: Tuesday, June 23rd at 18:00(Japan Standard Time).

Invoice / Receipt

Please make sure that the pop-up blocker on your device is turned off before you click each button to download the slips.

The button is available only for one time for each slips. "REISSUED" stamp would be printed on the slip for after second time you click the button.

【Invoice】

The invoice (electronic document) can be downloaded on your "My page" by clicking the "Invoice" button in bottom.
Invoice is only available before completing your payment.
Please make sure you issued the invoice if needed.

【Receipt】

You can issue a receipt (electronic document) on My Page if you have reservation for and paid.
