*Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
We appreciate your earlier reservations.
*Please make payment procedures within 10 days. When the payment is overdue, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
*If you want a receipt, you can issue it by clicking the WEB Invoice Receipt button on your My Page.
The receipt can be issued after payment to 31 December 2024.
*Please note that you will not be able to issue it outside of that period.

*Visa application support fee : 22,000JPY / per person(including tax) for one service.
*Documents will be sent by e-mail. If you need to send the documents by post,
we will separately charge you for the postage of visa documents (actual cost).
*The visa documents are "Letter of guarantee" "Letter of Invitation" "Travel Itinerary" etc.
*Please make payment procedures within 1 week.
The final deadline for payment is 17:00 on 7th Oct, 2024, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9).
*Applications received before the deadline may be rejected due to insufficient time to complete the application process,
as the number of days required varies from country to country.
*Visa applicants are reminded to apply early for their visa, well in advance of the anticipated travel date.
