Consent for Use of Images and Recordings
Please note that photographs and videos may be taken during the conference. The images and recordings captured may be used for promotional purposes related to this conference.

Consent for Sharing Personal Information
Registered personal information (e.g., name, organization, position, and email address) may be shared with other participants and sponsors for networking and related purposes.

Compliance with Data Protection Regulations
Registered personal information will be managed in accordance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) to ensure its proper handling and security.
 
All registration fees are quoted in Japanese Yen (￥).
 
CANCELLATION
Cancellation and Alternation Policy
Cancellation of your registration must be sent in writing by e-mail to inqaahe2025_reg@gmt.jtb.jp , and will be subject to the following conditions:
(i) Until 15 April, 2025: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded
(ii) After 16 April, 2025: No refund applies
