In addition to the payment process, please complete the "Excursion/Dietary requirement" section by September 20, 2025.
Visa application documents will be sent to the email address you registered between August 15th and August 22nd.
Please check your email inbox regularly (including spam/junk folders).

Cancel Policy
After payment confirmation:
- Until October 20 (Mon) 23:59: 20% cancellation fee
- October 21 (Tue) 00:00 - October 30 (Thu) 23:59: 50% cancellation fee
- From October 31 (Fri) 00:00: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
**Please note:**
Cancellations from October 31st onward cannot be processed through the system. Please contact us via email for any cancellation requests after this date.
